Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within Germany.

Shipping Providers
We use a variety of trusted shipping service providers to ensure your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. The shipping provider will be selected based on the size and contents of your order. We work with the following carriers:

  • Deutsche Post / DHL
  • DPD
  • Hermes
  • GLS
  • UPS

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders over 29.50€ qualify for free shipping within Germany.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below 29.50€, a flat shipping rate of 4.99€ applies, which will be added to your total at checkout.

Processing Time
We process all orders within 1 working day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days, depending on your location and the selected shipping provider. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and while we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays can occur.

Order Tracking
For some orders, depending on the value, we may provide a tracking number. If tracking is available, you will receive the information via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays & Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@techmann.de, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. For lost packages, we may need to contact the shipping carrier on your behalf.
